Rebbetzin Nechama Shemtov

Rebbetzin Nechama Shemtov serves as the Director of Women’s Issues and Education at American Friends of Lubavitch (Chabad) in Washington, D.C. She is also the Co-Director of Chabad at George Washington University and the founder of AURA Jewish Women, a prominent network connecting influential Jewish women in the nation’s capital.

With over 30 years of experience, Mrs. Shemtov has lectured extensively and led impactful programs across the United States and internationally, promoting Jewish identity and values. A mentor, educator, and relationship coach in private practice, she and her husband host a renowned Shabbat table that welcomes a diverse range of guests, including students, professionals, diplomats, and community leaders, fostering connection and meaningful dialogue.

Meira Mendel uses her soulful voice and musical abilities to create a healing experience. Through Holotropic breathwork and integration coaching, she guides her clients to awaken their intuition, enabling them to live form a place of compassion and optimal emotional health.
